Today, at 19:30 local time, SKA will compete against Jokerit Helsinki in Finland in the 2021/2022 KHL regular season.

Jokerit are enjoying a solid campaign to date. At the moment, the Finns occupy first place of the Western Conference with 26 points on the board, one more than SKA. However, while Jokerit have participated in 18 games, SKA have only played in 17. SKA will indeed move back into first position with a victory this evening.

In their previous match, Jokerit produced a determined comeback against Sibir Novosibirsk at home, winning 4:3 after initially trailing 1:3. Before that particular game, the Helsinki-based organisation had conceded four consecutive losses to Traktor Chelyabinsk (away, 2:3 SO), Avtomobilist Yekaterinburg (away, 1:5), Salavat Yulaev Ufa (away, 2:3 OT) and Neftekhimik Nizhnekamsk (home, 3:6). American forward Brian O'Neill is Jokerit's top scorer with 16 (3+13) points on the board, while Swedish defenseman Philip Holm is dangerous at the blue line with 10 (3+7) points to his name.

SKA are coming off the back of a vital 5:3 triumph over Dynamo Moscow in Saint Petersburg. This will be the first meeting between these two teams in the current campaign.

KHL PRIME and Channel 78 will provide a television broadcast in Russia, whereas you can watch a live video on the KHL's official website worldwide. Text updates will be available on our Twitter account.
