Nikolay Belov: "Two games is not a lot, but it is enough to build up a mutual understanding"
Nikolay Belov: "Two games is not a lot, but it is enough to build up a mutual understanding"

- You’ve already played in two matches with SKA. Have you managed to build up a mutual understanding with your teammates yet?
- I’m getting to know the guys. Two games isn’t a lot of course, but it’s enough I think.
- Are you learning new things working with SKA’s coaching staff?
- No. The only thing is that I am being advised to play in different positions. Overall however I am being told that I’m playing well.
- Does the team have enough emotions left to take on Metallurg Magnitogorsk?
- Yes, this series is only just beginning. All the games will be hard, not only this one.
- How can you beat Metallurg?
- It’s very simple: shoot, score, and don’t concede. What else do you need?
- You for whatever reason had to change your career at some point (Nikolay worked as a security guard at one of his clubs).
- Well, I want to live and eat. I had to work.
- In such an instance, what would you advise a young hockey player to do?
- Don’t drop hockey.
