19 January 2015

Picking up an assist in yesterday's 4:2 victory over Severstal, Tony Martensson is fifth in SKA's all time scoring list. He now has 219 points with our team to his name (82+137).

SKA's all time top scorer is still Maxim Sushinsky, who has 340 points with SKA. Second is Vyacheslav Lavrov (265), Pyotr Andreev is third (264), and Valentin Panyukhin is fourth (258). Patrick Thoresen isn't far behind Tony either, as he currently has 192 points (73+119).

We also note that before the 1960's, assists were not registered as points in the USSR championship. As a result Belyai Bekyashev (192 goals) and Vladimir Pogrebnyak (147 goals) are not in the top 10.
