Mikko Koskinen: "It was a bigger game than usual"

- Was this match very important for you personally?
- Of course, it was a bigger game than usual. I know a lot of the guys there and they know me.
- Did any of your family or friends come to Saint Petersburg for this match?
- Yes, my dad was here today on the stands. It was nice that he saw this game, it's good.
- SKA improved in the second and third periods after the first. How did you manage to up your game?
- I think that we played the first period pretty well too. We made a small mistake for Jokerit's goal, but I think that it was a pretty good period. We didn't change much for the last two. We played well all game.
- How hard was it to defend when Jokerit pulled their goaltender in the last minute?
- Usually I like to play when it's tight, it's much more tougher when it's a big lead. I enjoy those ends of game when it's a one goal hockey game, it's the best.
- Is your father your biggest judge?
- He doesn't give me too much advice, but he really believes that he knows everything about hockey.
- Did you see what happened when Yegor Yakovlev was fouled against?
- No, I didn't see that. I think that it was a spearing, but I didn't see it.
