Mat Robinson: "I'm happy to become a part of this SKA team"

HC SKA defenseman Mat Robinson:

- Welcome to Saint Petersburg! What do you know about our city?

- I don't know an awful lot, I only spent a few days here each year. It's a beautiful city, I'm happy to be here and I am looking forward to when I can find out more information about Saint Petersburg.

- You played against SKA on more than 50 occasions. What can you say about our team?

- Yes, I played against SKA often, including matches at the Ice Palace. I know the style of ice hockey which they like to play, so it won't be difficult to settle. SKA are a great group, I'm happy to become a part of the team!

- For you, will the games against CSKA Moscow or Dynamo Moscow be more important, considering that you used to play for both organisations?

- Both matches will be important, I'm looking forward to facing my old teams! It will be strange to play against CSKA, but it will be interesting to compete against my previous teammates.

- You know Linden Vey, Lars Johansson and Igor Ozhiganov from your time with CSKA. Had you been keeping in contact with them?

- Yes, I was regularly speaking with Linden and Lars. The fact that they play here helped me make the decision to join SKA.
