Lokomotiv - SKA. Facts of game five

Vadim Shipachyov's winning goal was SKA's 250th in the 85th KHL Gagarin Cup playoff match. Only Ak Bars have more: 271 goals from 112 matches.
This was SKA's 20th playoff shutout since 1993. 16 of them have come in Gagarin Cup matches.
Mikko Koskinen has not conceded a goal for 194 minutes and 46 seconds. This has already beaten Jakub Stepanek's record of 164 minutes and 32 seconds.
SKA have now kept three shutouts in a row on four separate occasions. The first came in January 1960, the second in 1993, and the third in three 2008 away games. Also, this is the first occasion on which SKA have prevented the same opponents from finding the net three times in a row.
Six of Mikko Koskinen's ten overall clean sheets have come in the playoffs. Only Robert Esche (15) and Maxim Sokolov (22) have more for SKA.
Mikko also now has more shutouts this season than any other goaltender: he has six, while HC Amur Khabarovsk's Juha Metsola has five.
In his 450th KHL match, Vadim Shipachyov scored his 125th goal. He also has 249 assists.
Pavel Buchnevich scored his first KHL Gagarin Cup playoffs goal. He played six playoff matches for Severstal in 2013, with four of them being in a series against SKA.
This is the first time that SKA have beaten a club in the playoffs which has Ilya Gorokhov on their books. In 2008 and 2014 SKA lost to Lokomotiv, in 2011 to Atlant, and in 2012 and 2013 to Dynamo Moscow.
