Russia end Liga Stavok National Team Tour with Minsk win

Russia ended the 2025 Liga Stavok National Team Tour on a positive note, confidently defeating Belarus 3:1 on the road in Minsk.

SKA forward Sergei Plotnikov quickly opened the scoring, finding the net with only eight minutes on the clock.

Vladislav Leontyev then doubled the Russian advantage in the second minute of the second stanza.

To their credit, the Belarusian hosts improved greatly in the third, applying plenty of pressure on their opponents and clawing one back through Alexander Skorenov. Nevertheless, thanks to Plotnikov adding a third in the 47th minute, the away side saw the game out with minimal fuss.

This marked Russia's maiden win against Belarus as a part of the tour.
