Lars Johansson is the best goalkeeper of the week in the KHL!

The Kontinental Hockey League (KHL) has revealed the best players of the past playing week.

SKA representative Lars Johansson has been named the best goalkeeper for the second time in the 2021/2022 campaign. In two matches against Jokerit Helsinki (2:0) and Kunlun Red Star Beijing (7:0) in Saint Petersburg, Lars didn't concede a single goal, saving all 34 (an average of 17 shots per game) shots he faced.

The best defenseman is Vityaz Podolsk's Valtteri Kemilainen, the top forward is Sakari Manninen of Salavat Yulaev Ufa and the best rookie is Severstal Cherepovets goaltender Konstantin Shostak.
