Joakim Lindstrom: "I am focused on helping the team"

- You haven't been playing much recently, but you score when playing. Is that important for you?

- Yes, it's always important to score no matter which situation you are in. I think everyone wants to score all the time.

- When scoring, did you aim to shoot under the goaltender's glove?

- I wanted to get the puck up high, and to shoot next to the first post. Luckily it went in.

- Did you get stressed about not being included in the line-up?

- I can only control what I do. I try to work as hard as I can in practices and games, and try to help the team in any way I can.

- What is the main thing for the team in these final games of the KHL regular season?

- It will be good if we can get into the playoffs with a good feeling. We must continue with the right habits, and for these last games of the season we must feel good about ourselves going into the playoffs. We're not cheating anything, we're making sure that we have good habits.

- Did you get confidence after scoring?

- It's obviously nice to score, you want to score in every game you play in. Like I said before I can only control what I can do.

- When skating out, did you want to prove to the coach that he wasn't right to leave you out of the squad?

- I'm just trying to help the team and work as hard as I can. That's my focus.
