Information for holders of 2024/2025 season tickets

Purchased 2024/2025 SKA season tickets will remain valid for matches at the SKA Arena, but their holders will need to download a new file in their personal account on tickets.ska.ru in the "Orders" section and use it to attend games. The file will appear in your personal account no later than 14:00 on 16 December.

If you purchased a season ticket for the Ice Palace in the 2023/2024 campaign and chose the same seat this season, you will be given the seat at SKA Arena that you chose when you moved last season.

If this is your first season ticket or you chose a different seat at the Ice Palace this season, you will be given a seat at SKA Arena in the same sector, row, and seat on the upper or lower tier of the arena.

If visiting the new arena with a season ticket is not possible for you, you can apply for a refund in accordance with the rules that can be found here. You must fill out an application form and create a request on support.ska.ru, selecting the appropriate topic in the menu. The refund will be made taking into account the matches that have passed.
