Evgeny Ivannikov speaks about the Novogorsk training camp

- Has anything surprised you since returning to SKA?

- Nothing much has changed. The atmosphere is as good as always, the only change is that some players have switched clubs. Saint Petersburg is my home town, so you can say that I have returned home.

- Share your impressions from this first training camp?

- It's tough, but everyone is sticking to the plan. We can't do anything about it.

- Do you like training on or off the ice more?

- It's obvious that work-outs on the ice are better. However, we have to improve our physical state too - for that we need to train outdoors.

- As a goalkeeper, do you have any special way of training?

- Of course. When the other players are running, we do technical work. This helps us to move sharper.
