Andrey Ermakov: "No one is guaranteed a place in the first team"

- What impressions have you been left with from the first training camp?

- We have been working hard. We had a training game today, and it's good that we came out on top.

- What can you say about Andrei Nazarov?

- He's a nice, kind and responsive coach. He hasn't really be shouting at us.

- Is he kinder than the previous coach?

- I wouldn't want to compare coaches, they all have their plus points. Everyone has their own style.

- Didn't Andrei Nazarov shout at you all following the training match?

- He watched from the stands - Sergey Zubov gave us today's instructions. We managed to win.

- Do you feel yourself a real first team player now?

- No one is guaranteed a place in the squad. We're trying, fighting and working.

- Last season you fought with Evgeny Artyukhin. Do you remember that episode?

- He hasn't mentioned it himself. But who knows, maybe it will spring to his mind again soon?

- How hard is it training under Andrei Nazarov's regime?

- We're professional sportsmen, we should always be ready. We began training a few weeks before this camp, and that helped. Every coach has their own ideas, as last year we ran a lot whereas this time we have only ridden bikes.

- How do you feel about the fact that the season is starting earlier?

- It's a good thing. There's less training camps, and we don't have to run a lot.
