Special SKA edition of the United Saint Petersburg Resident's Card

SKA Hockey Club and Saint Petersburg Bank have unveiled a new design for the United Saint Petersburg Resident Card (UPRC). This limited-edition version of the card commemorates the hockey club’s 80th anniversary.
From 1 November 2026 to 31 January 2027, residents can apply for the anniversary-edition card free of charge at any Saint Petersburg Bank branch and receive a special bonus: a hockey puck, courtesy of the bank and the club!
The Unified Saint Petersburg Resident Card is a smart card that combines the functions of a bank card, a discount/loyalty card, a library card and a digital signature carrier. It provides easy access to digital services, regional benefits and exclusive offers from project partners including HC SKA.
The card is issued free of charge and operates on the national MIR payment system. According to the Saint Petersburg Committee for Economic Policy and Strategic Planning, more than 2.3 million residents have already obtained an UPRC.
Yulia Mikhailova, Director of the Segment Development and Fee-Based Business Department at Bank Saint Petersburg:
"This new UPRC design is our gift to the SKA, the club’s devoted fans and everyone in our city. Saint Petersburg Bank doesn’t just bear the city’s name; we share its values, culture and sporting identity. It is important to us that every resident feels this connection in their daily routines, in life’s small joys and in the city’s major achievements. This limited-edition design is our way of saying: we are in this together; we're one team."
