Facts of the eventful loss to Minsk on the road

Before this particular match, Igor Larionov had won all of his preceding 10 games in Minsk as a head coach! Seven of them had been gained with Torpedo Nizhny Novgorod and the remaining three with SKA.

Never before had SKA conceded a goal just 10 seconds into the third period. The previous record had been conceding at 40:11 against Metallurg Novokuznetsk on 20 January 2006.

Dinamo Minsk's Sergei Brylin became the 15th KHL coach to manage a game against SKA having previously represented our organisation during his playing career.
