The team has the ambitious goal of competing in Russia's premier junior league, the MHL, in the near future, and the parties' joint efforts will be directed toward achieving this objective.
The signing ceremony was attended by Anna Golovina, Deputy Governor of Murmansk Region, and Marina Tur, Director of Legal Affairs at HC SKA.
A similar agreement regarding youth hockey had previously been concluded between the Ministry of Sport of Murmansk Region, the Comprehensive Olympic Reserve Sports School and the SKA Academy.
