Daniil Miromanov was born in Moscow, initially training with Sozvezdie and Rus. However, he made the move abroad at the age of 16, where he started out with the Toronto Jr. Canadiens, Orangeville Flyers and Acadie-Bathurst Titan.
He returned to Russia ahead of the 2017/2018 season with Sochi. Nevertheless, he didn’t remain in the KHL for long, leaving for Canada midway through the campaign when signing for the Moncton Wildcats. Daniil spent the subsequent season in the Czech Republic with Dynamo Pardubice and Jestrabi Prostejov and then in America with the Manchester Monarchs, before signing for SKA in the summer of 2020. He did indeed compete in the VHL with SKA-Neva in the ensuing 2020/2021 season, picking up 25 (9+16) points across 52 appearances.
Having started the 2021/2022 campaign with Sochi again, Daniil subsequently transferred to North America for the fourth time in his career by penning a deal with the Vegas Golden Knights. He regularly switched between the AHL and NHL, even after he moved across to the Calgary Flames in the 2023/2024 season. The 29-year-old tallied 38 (11+27) points from 66 AHL matches in the previous campaign.
