Facts of SKA's Monday setback against Traktor on the road

This marked the maiden occasion in 1278 KHL matches when our opponents' only penalty during an individual game was given for having too many men on the ice. On the other hand, however, SKA's sole penalty in a match had been indicated for too many men three times.

Dmitry Nikolayev became the first goalkeeper to play both for and against SKA and Traktor Chelyabinsk in the KHL. Previously, he had defended SKA's net against Traktor on 19 February 2023 with our team winning 4:1.

Forward Mikhail Grigorenko scored his first winning goal against SKA for Chelyabinsk. However, he had previously registered three GWGs against our club while representing CSKA Moscow.

Evgeny Koreshkov, who had been a member of SKA's coaching staff across three seasons, earned his first win against our organisation as a head coach.
