Facts of SKA's tense home triumph over Dinamo

SKA have achieved 850 victories across 1276 KHL matches, with 715 coming in 1062 regular-season games and 135 in 214 playoff fixtures. 

This marked the maiden occasion when SKA defeated Dinamo Minsk five times during one single regular season.

Only Viktor Tikhonov (390), Ilya Kablukov (396), Dinar Khafizullin (396) and Evgeny Ketov (541) have made more KHL appearances for SKA than forward Sergei Plotnikov (371).

Furthermore, this was the 100th match in which Plotnikov captained SKA! He has consequently become the sixth SKA player in KHL history to compete as club captain in a minimum of 100 games.

Fellow forward Matvei Polyakov scored in four of SKA's six matches against Minsk this season.
