Facts of SKA's nervy home victory against Ak Bars

Forward Marat Khairullin scored SKA's 100th goal of the campaign. It took our team 35 games to reach this landmark. Interestingly, in four out of 18 KHL seasons, our 100th marker has indeed been scored against Ak Bars Kazan.

Fellow forward Sergei Plotnikov has registered 228 (93+135) points in the KHL for SKA. Only Tony Martensson, Vadim Shipachyov, Ilya Kovalchuk and Nikita Gusev have picked up more league points for SKA than Plotnikov.

Furthermore, it's also worth noting that Plotnikov has now netted 20 winning goals for our team. Shipachyov (27), Kovalchuk (38) and Gusev (39) are the only players to have registered more decisive markers for SKA in the championship.

For the first time in his career, defenseman Yegor Savikov has picked up a minimum of one point in four consecutive games in the KHL regular season. 

Kazan representative Mitchell Miller became the 500th KHL defenseman to gain at least one point against SKA.
